All Yoga Focuses on the Breath, Postures and Relaxation

Gentle   This class will help improve your range and ease of motion, balance, strength and suppleness by performing simple postures, sometimes using props. Learn basic breathing techniques to de-stress and invigorate.

Yoga Basics  A great place to begin to build a yoga practice Non- beginners may also appreciate this gentle approach to understanding all the aspects of this practice beginning with the breath and learning how to listen to the body.

Level I/Level II Yoga  This class is designed for beginner students with some yoga experience thru the intermediate yogi. Incorporating longer holds in the postures using props and modifications when needed and adding flow when appropriate to personalize your practice time.
